# Agent Skills

The AkkruData skill tells an AI agent when to use AkkruData, which tool to call, and how to read and cite the results. It works with the [MCP server](/documents/mcp.md), the [CLI](/documents/cli.md) and the REST API; the agent still needs one of them to fetch data.

## Install

- `npx skills add https://www.akkrudata.ai`
- `akkru setup`, which installs it for Claude Code and Codex.
- Or save [skill.md](https://www.akkrudata.ai/skill.md) as `akkrudata/SKILL.md` in the agent's skills folder; for Claude Code, `~/.claude/skills/akkrudata/SKILL.md`.

Then reload the skill in your agent.
