# `GET /ownership/tickers`

**Purpose:** Discovery — one row per company with insider-trade or initial-holdings coverage, one page at a time.

**Request:**

**Response:** `tickers` (array of `{ticker, jurisdiction, cik, forms}`), `page`, `page_size`, `has_more`, `next_page`, `credits_used`, and optional `_warnings`. `forms` lists what the ticker has on file: `"4"` insider transactions, `"3"` initial holdings.

**Credits:** **30 per page.**

**Errors:** `422 VALIDATION_ERROR` (an unknown query parameter or a value out of range; not charged), `402 CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT`.
