# `POST /events/filings`

**Purpose:** List one company's event filings, newest first. The returned `id` identifies a filing for [`POST /events/filing`](/documents/post-eventsfiling.md).

**Request:**

**Response:** `page`, `page_size`, `has_more`, `next_page`, `filings` ([event filing objects](/documents/event-objects.md#event-filing-object)), `credits_used`, and optional `_warnings`. Empty pages return `filings: []`; the last page has `next_page: null`.

This list returns filing metadata and excludes standalone unresolved amendments. Item/date filters and the option to include those amendments are available on [`POST /screener/events`](/documents/post-screenerevents.md).

**Credits:** **10 per page**, including empty pages.

**Errors:** `404 EVENTS_COMPANY_NOT_FOUND` (charged), `422 VALIDATION_ERROR`, `402 CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT`, `403 PLAN_TIER_INSUFFICIENT` below Starter.
