Closed beta participation
Last updated: May 30, 2026
AkkruData is owned and operated by Akkru Inc. These terms describe how the closed beta works, the rights granted to participants during this preview period, and the operator's disclaimers and limitations of liability.
What this is
- Access is invite-only or by approval; the operator may revoke access at any time.
- Features, data, and APIs may change, break, or disappear without notice.
- The service is provided "as is", for experimentation only—not for trading, investment, legal, or professional decisions.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties. Financial and filing data may contain errors or omissions. You use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Accounts & fair use
You must provide a valid email and complete verification where required. Automated abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to circumvent limits may result in suspension. API and dashboard use may be rate-limited or disabled for operational or abuse reasons.
If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, we receive only the minimum profile data needed for authentication and account linking (such as provider user ID and verified email). We do not receive your provider password.
License scope; no redistribution
The operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AkkruData during the closed beta solely for your personal, non-commercial, internal testing and evaluation of the service.
Except for that limited use, you must not, and must not permit any third party, directly or indirectly, to sell, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, assign, publish, republish, communicate to the public, transfer, distribute, disclose, syndicate, mirror, frame, systematically scrape, cache for bulk reuse, operate a bulk-download pathway, or otherwise make available, whether for a fee or gratuitously, any (i) information, data, response payload, file, export, or metadata obtained through AkkruData or any related application programming interface, including every endpoint exposed for demonstration, preview, sandbox, testing, or evaluation; (ii) dataset, report, feed, model, score, or other output whose substance is materially derived from such information, regardless of selection, aggregation, reformatting, de-identification, or use in model training; (iii) website, interface, layout, branding, or documentation reproduced as a substitute, mirror, or competing offering; or (iv) materials presented together with attribution, credit, or source notices. Offering any product or service to third parties—including data products, API repackaging, research syndication, or consulting deliverables—that relies on such information as a primary input is prohibited unless the operator expressly agrees in a signed writing beforehand.
API access & MCP connectors
Programmatic access via API keys and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors is subject to per-key rate limits and per-call credit deduction. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential; we may rotate or revoke any key for security or abuse reasons. When you connect AkkruData to a third-party LLM client (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) over MCP, your tool calls and responses route through that provider — their terms and privacy policy govern that channel.
Usage history retention
Per-call usage records (endpoint, channel, credits, timestamp) are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Aggregate counters such as your credit balance and subscription state are retained for as long as your account exists.
Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. We never receive your full card number; Stripe returns a customer ID and the transaction metadata we need to reconcile your account.
No refunds
All sales are final. Subscription fees and one-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to unused credits, partial billing periods, or accidental purchases. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits granted as part of a monthly subscription expire at the end of each billing period and are not carried over. Credits from one-time packs and signup bonuses do not expire while your account is active. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after using the service may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy →
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Akkru Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation with operations in California.
