/events/filings

List one company's event filings, newest first. The returned id identifies a filing for POST /events/filing.

Response: page, page_size, has_more, next_page, filings (event filing objects), credits_used, and optional _warnings. Empty pages return filings: []; the last page has next_page: null.

This list returns filing metadata and excludes standalone unresolved amendments. Item/date filters and the option to include those amendments are available on POST /screener/events.

Credits: 10 per page, including empty pages.

Errors: 404 EVENTS_COMPANY_NOT_FOUND (charged), 422 VALIDATION_ERROR, 402 CREDITS_INSUFFICIENT, 403 PLAN_TIER_INSUFFICIENT below Starter.
